Falafel Rice Hummus Bowl

We will be serving up 'scratch made falafel' served on a bed of 'yellow jasmine rice' . Our falafel bowl with also have delicious and filling 'hummus' that doesn't come out of a can and we use fresh lemon juice and quality olive oil! Also have to option to add-on' tomato cucumber-dill salad' to your bowl. Made for a nutritious dinner and covered with your option of vegan white sauce! With your choice of gf or regular soft pita on the side.

Hummus Not from a Can!

Try our hummus. We soak these chickpeas overnight, then the next day after rinsing and soaking we fully cook them until tender. After this we use high wuslity but simple ingredients like fresh lemon juice, tahini, a high quality olive oil, and himalayan pink mineral salt. Great dor snacking, dipping, or before any meal. Choose a sauce: Tahini Lemon Sauce, Spicy Zhuang Sauce.
